In our community, you can browse/search existing documentation and our forums at the same time. If you can't find what you're looking for there, you can ask everyone in our community and either one of your fellow members will respond or we will. Our second line of support is to ask us. This option is reserved for the kinds of questions or issues that can't be supported by anyone but us. Here are some examples that will require direct support:
- Report a lost/stolen/damaged phone.
- Request to cancel service.
- Request a credit/refund.
- Need to reactivate your services after a suspension.
- Voicemail resets.
- Issues signing into My Account or the community.
- After looking through the community and forums you still can't find a solution.
